Covid Safety Measures
Please social distance should there be a queue when you arrive at Monkey Madness. We will get you all in as soon as possible.
Tables have been organised to allow for social distancing. Please do not move the tables or chairs.
Face masks MUST be worn by adults and children aged 11 and over unless you have are exempted for medical reasons. The face mask may be removed whilst you are eating or drinking, or inside the playframe. This is a mandatory Government rule. Please help us to meet these requirements.
Socks must be worn by children and adults if they wish to play. It is not permitted to play or walk around the centre in bare feet.
All visitors must sanitise their hands prior to entry to the play area. Hand sanitiser is provided at reception and at additional stations inside the playcentre. Hand washing facilities are available in the toilets.
Masks must be worn when queuing for food and drinks. They may be removed when you are eating or drinking.
Food ordered at our café will carried by our serving staff from the kitchen to your table on a tray. To reduce cross contamination we ask that visitors remove the plates and cutlery from the tray. Dirty crockery and cutlery will be cleared at the end of the session by a designated cleaner wearing appropriate PPE. If you wish to clear your table during the session, dirty items may be placed on the clearing trolley.
It is not permitted to bring food or drinks in from outside.
Please do not visit should you have any Covid-19 symptoms or have been close to anyone who has been isolating in the last 14 days.
Temperature checks will be taken on arrival. Any customers with a high temperature will not be allowed entry.
Should you wish to leave before the session ends you must sign out with the reception desk so that you can be removed from the list of people within the centre as this list will be used in the event of a fire.
